Requirements
- Several years of experience in strategic sales, preferably in the medical technology or healthcare IT sector
- Deep understanding of the processes and challenges in the healthcare sector
- Proven success in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at management level
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, particularly when dealing with C-Level
- Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic foresight, and initiative
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Verbal and written fluency in German and English
