Job Description
We're looking for a Revenue Planning Leader MR to own and drive end-to-end supply chain performance across zones within International Region, supporting business and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business economics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of the industry, zone Philips' business model and value proposition
- Proven ability to effectively influence stakeholders across functions and hierarchies
- Strong leadership presence and customer orientation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience operating within a matrixed organizational structure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP is considered a strong advantage
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English required
