Job Description
We are looking for a collaborative, purpose-driven leader to join our team as a Senior Manager Global Return Operations. The candidate will oversee third-party return warehouse operations, drive performance, and support sustainability. The role will also involve leading a global team, partnering with third-party logistics providers, and contributing to long-term strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Deep understanding of reverse logistics, circular economy, and product returns
- Experience leading diverse and global teams
- Strong background in managing outsourced 3PL warehouse operations
