Sales Support Representative — Polish Market (Fixed-Term Contract)

Supports the sales team by delivering accurate product information and presentations to clients, clearly communicating technical specifications and benefits. Responds promptly to customer inquiries, providing detailed support on product features, usage, and troubleshooting to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with preference of 2 years of experience within Sales Support / Customer service / Back Office environment
• Dedicated personality who loves to work within a fast-paced & dynamical environment
• Ability to deal and engage with demanding stakeholders
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, attention to detail
• Advanced or near-native proficiency in Polish and fluent in English. Knowledge of German is considered an asset
• Customer centric and excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as high intercultural awareness
• Knowledge of computer applications (i.e.: Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, salesforce...)
