Service and Solutions Architect (m/w/d) responsible for creating a service reference architecture, driving harmonization and leveraging common and domain specific attribute-based service models across the Services Portfolio. The role involves collaborating with Service Innovation in SSI and other teams in the business and the region.
Requirements
- Engineering bachelor’s degree or related field
- Broad understanding of Hospital Patient Monitoring technology and services solution areas
- Experience in creating, selling, maintaining, or delivering services/solutions for Healthcare with Professional Services, Customer Success Management, or related Services organization aspects
- High degree of services process acumen related to services offer and capability development, deployment, and management at a central level and across markets
- Deep understanding of service product modelling and structures and solutions product architectures
- High-level professional and interpersonal communications skills; superb writing skills in English
- Strong (on-line) collaboration skills in a multinational environment
