Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR/Talent experience and have led people or programs
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
- Strong judgment, a steady presence, and a good sense of humor
- Believe HR can be both human and rigorous
- Want to build something meaningful — not just maintain what exists
