Talent Director

Phillip Jeffries is looking for a Talent Director to join its People & Culture team. The Talent Director will be responsible for building environments where people thrive, guiding engagement efforts, and helping leaders navigate the human side of leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR/Talent experience and have led people or programs
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
• Strong judgment, a steady presence, and a good sense of humor
• Believe HR can be both human and rigorous
• Want to build something meaningful — not just maintain what exists
