Spindrift is seeking a Director of Talent to shape how they hire, develop, and grow their people. This leader will own the full talent lifecycle, including learning & development, talent acquisition, and team leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or People Strategy roles.
- Deep, hands-on experience designing and implementing L&D programs and talent systems (required).
- Experience leading or supporting Talent Acquisition is a plus.
- Proven experience building scalable programs in a growing company environment.
- Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing.
- Strong presence and ability to influence leaders across functions.
