Requirements
- Lead and manage quality-related cases and initiatives
- Support product managers in resolving issues with existing products
- Contribute technical expertise to development projects
- Work within customer portals to manage quality documentation and communication
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Perform measurements and calibrations
- Handle quality tools and processes such as PPAP, MSA and control plan creation
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure delivery of high-quality, profitable products
- Maintain high standards to meet the expectations of global automotive customers
