RN Hospice Administrator

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Hospice Administrator to lead our hospice division, overseeing clinical and administrative staff, implementing policies and procedures, and engaging in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Manage the daily operations of the hospice program.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Supervise clinical staff, including nurses, social workers, and chaplains.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
• Oversee budget management and financial performance of the hospice department.
• Promote community awareness and education regarding hospice care.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.
• Active Missouri RN License or Compact License.
• Previous hospice or home health leadership experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred).
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
