RN Hospice Administrator

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced RN Hospice Administrator to lead the daily operations of our hospice program. This role requires a confident leader who understands hospice operations, values strong communication, and is passionate about delivering compassionate end of life care.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of hospice experience
• Previous leadership or operational experience in healthcare
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and standards
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive accountability
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
