Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Phoenix Stamping is a growing manufacturing company seeking a dynamic candidate to manage manufacturing engineering activity and support departmental and company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Engineering
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, manufacturing project management, and/or operations of high-volume manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience managing and implementing manufacturing process and equipment projects
• Lean manufacturing and quality system experience required (ISO 9001:2015 preferred)
• Autodesk AutoCad, Inventor, or similar modeling experience
• Microsoft Office and Epicor or other ERP Software required
