Requirements

• Implement strategy for plant specific operational management
• Manage Plant Production, Maintenance, Tooling, and Material Handling departments to meet or exceed company objectives for safety, quality, cost, and delivery
• Champion the plants safety program as committee member and help lead root cause and corrective action measures associated with identified opportunities for improvement
