Job Description
We are looking for a BDE/Sr. BDE with excellent communication skills to work on IT business development, with a focus on outbound BPO/non-technical industry and night shift experience. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, IT/Computer Science, and 2-4 years of experience in the field.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, IT/Computer Science.
- 2-4 years' experience in Outbound BPO/Non-Technical industry.
- Proficient in English, speaking and writing.
- Willing to do 120 calls a day.
- Experience using one CRM system and ability to explain process flow.
- Prior experience researching Photon offerings and ability to explain during interview process.
- Highly motivated and ability to achieve targets/expectations set by the organization.
- Notice period in current organization should be less than 15-20 days.
