Job Description
This UX Designer role focuses on reimagining digital self-service for vehicle finance, moving from static accounts to AI-powered conversational interfaces. The role involves architecting conversational interfaces, integrating AI components, and ensuring domain-driven UX. Strong communication and mentorship skills are also required.
Requirements
- 10+ years designing digital self-service experiences
- Proficient with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong command of information architecture, design systems, WCAG‐AA accessibility, and responsive design
- Stellar communication skills
