As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech, you will be responsible for finding and attracting the best talent to join Picnic's Technology & Engineering team. You will work closely with hiring managers to crack the code on what makes the perfect fit for every team, and create a candidate experience that they will rave about.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an analytical or strategy-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills - you can pitch Picnic’s mission with confidence.
- Fluency in English and German.
- A data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for launching creative talent initiatives.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills - you’ll need to challenge, push back, and influence hiring decisions.
