2nd Shift/ 3rd Shift Production Supervisor

The Pictsweet Company is hiring a 2nd Shift/ 3rd Shift Production Supervisor to coordinate departmental activities and ensure production meets safety, production, budget, scheduling, and quality standards. This role will work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and ensure quality and food safety systems are in place.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 3 years' experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing or food environment
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are helpful but not required
• Computer proficiency with spreadsheets and word-processing
