Production Supervisor 2nd Shift

The Pictsweet Company is recruiting a Supervisor at its flagship manufacturing facility in Bells, TN. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing the department during an assigned shift, coordinating activities with other managers and supervisors to ensure production meets budget, scheduling, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or ten years' experience as a supervisor in a manufacturing or food environment.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) helpful but not required
• Must be computer proficient with spreadsheets and word-processing
• Must reside within 15 miles of Bells, TN or be willing to relocate
