Corporate Security Supervisor

Pictsweet is a frozen vegetable producer with agricultural roots. We are recruiting for a Corporate Security Supervisor to work under the direction of the Manager, Corporate Security in executing security programs and performing day-to-day supervisory duties.

Requirements

• Supervise security officers to ensure proper execution of security protocols and procedures.
• Schedule security officer and contract security to ensure coverage.
• Conducting regular inspections and patrols of Company properties to identify security vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Responding to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms at assigned facilities and coordinating appropriate responses.
• Training and developing security personnel on Company policies, procedures, emergency response protocols, and industry best practices.
