Job Description
Pie Insurance is seeking a Manager, Pricing & Product to oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) for Workers Compensation and Commercial Auto insurance policies. The role involves data analysis, pricing strategy development, regulatory compliance, and team leadership, focusing on quantitative analytics and customer experience. This is a key position for a member of the Tech team to contribute to the development and improve systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5-6 years of experience in Workers Compensation and Commercial Auto insurance
- 1+ year managing direct reports
- Advanced data management and manipulation skills in Excel, Looker, and Snowflake
