What to Expect

• Leading your team members independently (including appointments, personnel deployment planning, potential development, and goal definition)
• Evaluating team members, controlling and documenting target agreements and responsibilities
• Planning and purchasing of inventory and visual merchandising for your stores
• Developing and implementing marketing measures and sales strategies
• Active maintenance of customer relationships
• Compliance, control, and evaluation of sales key figures
• Leading team meetings and direct reporting to management

What You Bring

• Education in retail or service sector (preferably, but not a must!)
• At least three years of experience in retail with leadership experience
• Prominent customer orientation and service awareness
• Entrepreneurial foresight and knowledge of business connections
• Independent working style and high social competence
• High affinity for the fashion lifestyle sector
