What to Expect
- Leading your team members independently (including appointments, personnel deployment planning, potential development, and goal definition)
- Evaluating team members, controlling and documenting target agreements and responsibilities
- Planning and purchasing of inventory and visual merchandising for your stores
- Developing and implementing marketing measures and sales strategies
- Active maintenance of customer relationships
- Compliance, control, and evaluation of sales key figures
- Leading team meetings and direct reporting to management

What You Bring
- Education in retail or service sector (preferably, but not a must!)
- At least three years of experience in retail with leadership experience
- Prominent customer orientation and service awareness
- Entrepreneurial foresight and knowledge of business connections
- Independent working style and high social competence
- High affinity for the fashion lifestyle sector
