Independent management of your team members (including appointments, personnel deployment plan, potential development, and goal definition)
Evaluating team members, controlling and documenting goal agreements and responsibilities
Sortiment planning and procurement, as well as Visual Merchandising for your stores
Development and implementation of marketing measures and sales strategies
Active maintenance of our customer relationships
Compliance, control, and evaluation of sales key figures
Leading team meetings and direct reporting to management
Targeted implementation of the company philosophy and strategy in your work environment
Education in retail or service sector (preferably, not a must!)
At least three years of experience in (textile) retail with leadership experience
Outstanding customer orientation and service awareness
Entrepreneurial foresight and knowledge of business relationships
Independent working style and high social competence
High affinity for the fashion lifestyle area
Independent work in a dynamic and motivated team
