B Lineman - Underground (Halifax EMC)

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Class B Lineman - Underground for a semi-skilled position in the construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical underground distribution systems. This role involves working at various locations, may require travel, and involves working at heights or with energized systems. The position requires following safety rules and meeting specific performance expectations.

Requirements

• Work safely during electrical system work.
• Setup and hookup of transformers and switchgear.
• Troubleshoots and repairs in primary and secondary systems.
• Perform necessary inspections and safety checks.
• Capable of working at heights.
• Able to pass a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and pass a Safety and L appliance test.
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Ability to follow Company safety rules.
