Engineer 1

This is the first level of an Engineering classification, requiring engineering/technical expertise to solve problems. Incumbents are expected to develop skills and work independently. The role involves planning, estimating, documenting, and communicating technical information, as well as supporting company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Engineering Program OR qualified credentials.
• Understanding of basic engineering theories and principles.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Understanding of basic electricity and power quality.
• Knowledge of distribution construction standards and methods.
