Foreman - Overhead (Duke)

This is a full-time Position Summary for a skilled Foreman in the construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical overhead distribution systems. The position requires a coachable individual capable of leading and training other crew members, ensuring safe work practices, and potentially requiring travel to other states. Responsibilities include wire stringing, pole installation, troubleshooting, and supervision of electrical work.

Requirements

• Work safely and perform new construction, maintenance or repair of energized/de-energized overhead work.
• Coach and train lower skilled employees.
• Lead and teach hot stick work on energized lines.
• Conduct pre-job or tailgate briefings.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Capable of troubleshooting and handling high voltage systems.
• Comply with safety rules.
