Job Description
The Foreman is a skilled position in construction, maintenance, and repair of electrical overhead distribution systems. This role requires working safely, coaching crew members, leading hot stick work, and conducting briefing. The position may involve travel to another state based on customer needs.
Requirements
- 5-year minimum of recent field experience
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays
- CDL and safe driving
- Physical capabilities (lifting 50lbs, working in inclement weather)
- Willingness to work in various environments (e.g., high winds, extreme temperatures)
