This role focuses on attracting and hiring exceptional talent from various academic and research communities, requiring strong understanding of both IT recruitment and research environments. The ideal candidate will be strategic, a networker, and thrive in fast-paced tech landscapes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment in AI, data science, HFT, ML fields
• Strong network in academic, research, or tech innovation communities
• Solid understanding of technical skill sets and research competencies
• Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder recruitment processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Fluency in English
• Experience working in cross-cultural or multinational teams
