Coverage Attorney (Insurance / Bad Faith) - Remote! - NJ / NY - 130-190k!

We are a Civil Litigation Defense Law Firm seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our team. The position offers a competitive base salary and overall compensation package, as well as a range of benefits. The job duties include drafting coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters, representing insurers in declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation, and participating in business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Recent experience in insurance coverage
• Ability to draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters
• Ability to represent insurers in declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation
• Ability to participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management
