Job Description
We are a Civil Litigation Defense Law Firm seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our team. We offer a competitive base salary and overall compensation package.
Requirements
- Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters.
- Represent insurers in declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.
- Serve as counsel in insurance coverage litigation matters.
- Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management
