Job Description
Pinnacle Live is seeking an On-Call Event Services Technician to assist with the floor operations, including setup, operation, and client interaction in a hotel or hospitality environment. The technician will ensure excellent customer service and maintain accurate client information. This role is a vital part of delivering bespoke AV solutions.
Requirements
- Ensure event sets and strikes are completed according to company SOPs
- Greet guests/clients and provide clear operation instructions
- Maintain client information within the Company's business systems
- Review daily invoices and obtain signatures
- Ensure equipment is secure from theft and damage
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
