We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Account Management & Customer Success team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing PitchBook's core customer relationships, achieving sales and retention goals, and driving growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
Requirements
- Achieve sales and retention goals measured quarterly
- Act as primary point of contact and business partner for a dedicated portfolio of PitchBook's core clients
- Identify growth opportunities to expand existing user base within a portfolio of accounts
- Develop and own the long-term strategy for client accounts
- Conduct client demonstration sessions to highlight the benefits of the PitchBook platform
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Associates to strategize on account retention and growth opportunities
- Efficiently and thoroughly manage your pipeline and oversee the end to end sales cycle
- Use various tools and platforms to effectively manage client relationships, including Catalyst, Salesforce, Tableau, and Gong
