Job Description
PJ Fitzpatrick, a home improvement company based in Delaware Valley, is seeking a Sales Manager. This role focuses on team oversight, ensuring sales goals are met, and providing support to the sales team for growth and development. The Sales Manager will manage sales volume, product mix, and team performance.
Requirements
- Audit all new sales contracts for accuracy
- Oversee sales schedule and assign leads to HICs
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and sales team performance
- Train and develop all HICs
- Host weekly sales meetings
- Train and develop HIC coaches
- Contact customers considering cancellation
- Meet minimum of 15 ride alongs per month with HICs
