Job Description
Placemakr is a portfolio manager focused on bringing together residential and hospitality experiences. They partner with developers, investors, and property operators to create apartment-like spaces in hand-picked neighborhoods. This role involves sourcing partner relationships, expanding the portfolio, and overseeing growth within a collaborative, remote-first team. The manager will be responsible for coordinating activities across properties and ensuring a great experience for both residents and guests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in multifamily brokerage, investment, development, or asset management
- Proven ability to build a large network of senior contacts
- Existing deep multifamily network in home city
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales processes
- Ability to travel 10%-25%
