Job Description
Placemakr is a rapidly growing hospitality and multifamily company focused on curated apartment and vacation rentals. They partner with developers, investors, and property operators to create unique guest experiences. This Director of Real Estate Platform Partnerships will be responsible for sourcing third-party management relationships, expanding the portfolio, and driving growth through strategic planning and sales efforts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in multifamily brokerage
- Existing network in Salt Lake City and key markets
- Proven track record of deal execution
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
