Job Description
The Design Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the design requirements utilizing in-house and outsourced resources. The team produces proposals and manufacturing drawings for light gauge steel frames, wall panels, floor cassettes, structural and non-structural components. They will also lead a professional, innovative, and creative design team in a solution-based environment.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and certification
- Vertex, CAD & BIM experience
- Understanding of the Building Regulations & BCAR Process
- Detailing knowledge
- Site experience an advantage
