Job Description
This is a regional manager position focused on Logistical operations, collaborating with depot and warehouse managers. The role requires strong communication, time management, and the ability to handle data analysis and presentation skills. The candidate must be flexible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure in various locations.
Requirements
- 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline
- Track record of implementing company policies and procedures
- Proven track record of delivering a strong and sustained control and operational performance within a depot
- Track record in improving compliance within a system
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills (telephone, written, face-to-face)
- Ability to collate data in an organised manner
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Flexible to travel extensively throughout Northern Ireland
