Job Description
This Warehouse Manager position involves overseeing shift operations within a distribution center, managing a team, ensuring safety, and maintaining accurate order fulfillment. The role requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes, performance management, and compliance with regulations. It also involves providing excellent customer service and achieving productivity goals.
Requirements
- Strong Warehouse knowledge and business acumen
- 2-4 years focus in Distribution Centre operations
- 2-4 years functional knowledge in Metric analysis and accountability
- Experience using and implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Understanding Process Improvement/Six Sigma processes a plus
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred
- Flexibility around working hours
- Experience ensuring site is fully compliant with Health & Safety Regulations
- Training and certification prior to employee operation
