Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a judgment-free environment. The role involves greeting members, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, performing membership functions, and maintaining a clean and safe club environment. Requirements
- Greet members/guests with a positive attitude
- Help promote the Judgement Free Zone®
- Resolve member concerns and escalate to a manager as needed
- Perform membership functions such as sign-ups, contact/billing information updates, and cancellations
- Perform prospective member calls and tours
- Execute retail transactions with accuracy
- Resolve member concerns and escalate to a manager as needed
- Perform a comprehensive walk of all club areas and repair issues
- Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked
- Promptly address maintenance issues
- CPR/AED Certification
