Requirements

• Greet members/guests and assist with check-in
• Respond to phone calls and assist with inquiries
• Perform membership functions such as sign-ups and cancellations
• Resolve member concerns and escalate as needed
• Clean and sanitize club areas
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and facilities
• Perform a walk through of the club areas
• Address maintenance concerns
