Job Description
PlanetScale is seeking a Director of Sales Development to build and scale a world-class outbound and systems-driven sales development function. This role focuses on driving prospect qualification, pipeline generation, and strategic partnership with sales and marketing teams. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing sales development teams
- Experience recruiting and developing SDRs/BDR managers and ICs
