Job Description
Planned Parenthood Keystone is seeking a part-time Quality Improvement RN to travel to all affiliates in Pennsylvania. This role involves assessing patient care practices, analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency. The position requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania
- Computer literacy – Microsoft product proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with root cause analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel throughout affiliate territory
- Reliable means of transportation
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
