Job Description
IEHP is seeking a Quality Improvement, RN to facilitate quality improvement initiatives across the continuum of care to enhance patient quality and effectiveness. The role involves supporting quality improvement projects, participating in cross-functional teams, and providing clinical support to multiple initiatives within CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS, CAHPS, and other performance measures. The position requires a commitment to quality and continuous improvement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum four (4) years of clinical/health care experience, including at least two (2) years performing quality improvement analysis or project coordination functions
- Bachelor’s degree in science or health/healthcare related field
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered RN license
- Working knowledge of healthcare quality performance and measurement sets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of advanced clinical processes and/or hospital operations
- Ability to apply facilitation techniques
