Facilities Manager

Planned Parenthood of Maryland (PPM) is seeking a Facilities Manager to maintain and oversee all building and equipment maintenance activities. This is a full-time on-site position based in Baltimore, MD, with travel required, visiting various clinics. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, and managing repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Trade school degree or certification preferred
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in general maintenance and custodial functions
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental controls in healthcare settings
• Possession of a motor vehicle operator’s license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
