Job Description
The Quality Improvement Manager leads agency-wide initiatives to enhance service delivery, patient experience, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in the fields of health care or non-profit organization
- 2+ years of experience in quality improvement or project management
- 2+ years of experience with research coordination or management
- 2+ years of experience with Lean Six Sigma, Plan-Do-Check-Act model, and other process improvement theories and practices
