HR MANAGER

As an HR Manager, you will lead HR operations at our dynamic manufacturing facility, shaping culture, strengthening employee relations, ensuring compliance, and driving organizational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
• Strong communication, organizational, and coaching skills
• Knowledge of employment law, safety regulations, payroll systems, HRIS (SAP, SuccessFactors), and KPI reporting
• JIS/JIT automotive manufacturing experience preferred
• Union labor experience is a plus but not required
