Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years experience as a Generalist in HR management within a manufacturing environment
• High proficiency in all HR processes such as recruitment, training, employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor law and HR compliance
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, evolving environment
