Requirements
- Assist in administration of the labor agreement
- Support the Performance Management of employees
- Execution of the site Training and Development Plans
- Maintain overall HRIS and reporting for local site
- Secondary backup for HR manager/EHS Specialist/or others as assigned
- Managing the educational assistance
- Applying for grants and state funding for workforce training
- Proper handling of grievance procedure
- Reporting Monthly and Annual Indicators
- Leading investigations and providing summaries of findings
- Assisting with performance management discussions
- Proper record keeping and employee file maintenance
- Facilitating the job bidding/posting process
- Participating/managing community and employee involvement programs
- Creating and maintaining current job descriptions
- Participating in recruitment and interviewing Hourly/Salaried employees
