Requirements

• Assist in administration of the labor agreement
• Support the Performance Management of employees
• Execution of the site Training and Development Plans
• Maintain overall HRIS and reporting for local site
• Secondary backup for HR manager/EHS Specialist/or others as assigned
• Managing the educational assistance
• Applying for grants and state funding for workforce training
• Proper handling of grievance procedure
• Reporting Monthly and Annual Indicators
• Leading investigations and providing summaries of findings
• Assisting with performance management discussions
• Proper record keeping and employee file maintenance
• Facilitating the job bidding/posting process
• Participating/managing community and employee involvement programs
• Creating and maintaining current job descriptions
• Participating in recruitment and interviewing Hourly/Salaried employees
