Job Description
PT Services (Delaware) LLC is looking for an Operations Manager to lead the onsite team and ensure seamless fulfillment of daily duties and world-class service. The role requires a blend of tactical execution, budgetary oversight, and talent development.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the Gaming or Casino industry
- 5+ years of experience directly managing employees within the United States
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment
