The PLENETUDE group is a recognized player in the renovation and rehabilitation of buildings in the Rhone and 2 Savoie regions for 30 years. We are creating a strategic position of Responsible for Commercial Development of Buildings.

Requirements

• From a higher technical education, type of general engineering school, you justify a decade of experience in commercial development in the BTP sector, ideally for clients such as bailiffs
• Knowledge of public procurement codes and procedures
• Global knowledge of the building TCE
• Fine knowledge of social housing and public sector actors in general
• Excellent relational sense
