The PLENETUDE group is a recognized player in the renovation and rehabilitation of buildings in the Rhone and 2 Savoie regions for 30 years. We are creating a strategic position of Commercial Development Manager Building.

Requirements

• Holding a higher technical education, such as a general engineering school
• Decade of experience in commercial development in the BTP sector
• Technical skills in Public procurement codes and procedures, Global knowledge of the building sector (TCE), Fine knowledge of social housing and public sector actors in general
• Excellent sense of relations
