Requirements

• Create a working account plan which includes strategies/tactics to increase profitable revenue, account penetration and engagement points
• Develop innovative and creative solutions to differentiate the Plexus service offering with customers
• Ensure Plexus meets or exceeds customer expectations and advocate for customer needs within Plexus
• Increase Plexus' revenue and profitability
• Build and develop multi-level relationships with customers and internally
• Learn and develop mastery of Plexus' sales enablement methodology
• Use financial acumen to influence customers and constituents
• Have a basic understanding of electronics manufacturing
